AI Streamline Systems provides a managed AI receptionist and missed-call recovery service for plumbing companies. This website is for information and demo requests. These terms apply to your use of the website and, where noted, to the service itself. If you have any questions, contact us before using the website.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or automated (bot) form submissions.
• Use the contact form to send spam, solicitation or unlawful content.
• Attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the website.
• Copy or reuse the website's content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may block access to anyone who violates these rules. You also agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it to harass callers or record calls in violation of applicable law.

Submitting the demo request form is a request for a demonstration, not a binding agreement to purchase. After you submit, we will contact you within one business day to schedule the demo, learn about your call flow and confirm pricing. There is no cost and no obligation until you approve a written proposal.

Standard pricing is a one-time setup fee of $4,000 and $1,000 per month. The service is offered month to month — there is no long-term contract. Payment terms, billing frequency and any notice period for cancellation are set out in your written proposal, which controls over these terms where they differ. This website does not process payments.

The AI Streamline Systems name, logo, website design and text on this site are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your company's own name, customer data and phone numbers remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service you sign up for.

Examples on this website — such as the illustration of recovering missed calls — are examples only. Actual results depend on your call volume, job values and service area. We do not guarantee any specific amount of new revenue or a specific number of recovered jobs.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service is provided under your signed proposal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Streamline Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the website at any time. Either party may end the service in line with the cancellation terms in your proposal. When the service ends, we will stop handling your calls and delete your call data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

We may update these terms as our website or services change. The "last updated" date at the top shows which version applies. Significant changes to your paid service will always be confirmed in writing as described in your proposal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the US state where AI Streamline Systems is based.
